A wide range of butterfly valves, either with elastomr
or TEFLON liners.

All
include the advantages associated with this type of
valves, such as :
Reduced weight and overall dimensions,
No additional supports required,
Quick fitting and dismantling,
Low pressure drops,
Easy and economical actuation,
No maintenance required.
The fitting of the liner
in the body prevents its moving during disc rotation and
ensures its long life. This design eliminates the risk
associated with the use of a seat vulcanized to the
body, such as:
* Tearing if the liner becomes unstuck,
* Leakage at shaft passages, due to insufficient
elastomer compression.

·Total safety :
The liner and the disc
are the only components in contact with the fluid. No
pins are used for the shaft/disc connection: this
eliminates the possibility of electrolytic corrosion.
Complete, total and continuous
leak-tightness:
The liners are in-house
formulated, manufactured and quality controlled by AMRI
Elastomer Department.
The elastomer liner protects the
body and the shaft from corrosion and ensures
leak-tightness at three levels :
Upstream/downstream, by the compression of the liner
between the body and the edge of the spherically
machined disc,
At the shaft passages, by means of a spherical molding
on the liner which exactly matches the spherically
machined disc,
and by the extra volume of rubber located at the shaft areas,
At the flanges, by compression of the liner cheeks
between the valve body and the pipe flange.
